1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Prompt Gallery, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Services

Prompt Gallery provides AI-powered image and video generation services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. Credits & Payments

Generation tasks consume credits. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Subscription credits reset at the end of each billing month. Permanent credits never expire but are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Refunds

If a generation task fails due to a provider error, the credits charged for that task are automatically refunded. For Stripe purchases, refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the prompts you write. Generated content ownership follows the terms of the underlying AI model provider. Gallery prompts are curated for educational and inspirational purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prompt Gallery is provided 'as is' without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
